Practical tools for men
who want more from it.

One short letter a month, written in plain English, for men who'd rather have something useful than something inspirational — your time, your energy, your work, your health, the people around you. Plus the whole Resources Hub, unlocked.

  • Where your week actually goes — and how to get two hours of it back
  • Habits that actually stick — no 5am starts, no streak app
  • The mates you stopped ringing — rebuilding it without the awkwardness

What actually turns up

No newsletters about newsletters.

We know what most mailing lists are like. This one is short, useful, and stops the moment you want it to.

One letter a month

Around six hundred words on one thing — your time, your energy, work, friendship, habits, sleep, or working out what you actually want. Written to be read on a phone in a van, not studied.

The tools, straight away

The checklists, the one-pagers and the audio exercises land in your inbox as soon as you sign up. Nothing gated, nothing dripped out over six weeks to keep you hooked.

First look at places

One-to-one coaching is limited by the number of hours in a week. If you ticked that box, you'll hear when a place opens before it goes anywhere else.

If you want more than an email

The coaching itself.

One-to-one wellbeing coaching for men, in Hull and online. Three levels, no contracts, and a free twenty-minute call before you commit to anything.

Fair questions

Before you hand over your email.

Only if you tick the box asking to hear about coaching. Leave it unticked and you'll get the letter and the tools, and nothing else. There's no sequence of emails quietly warming you up.

Nobody but Hido Coach. It isn't sold, shared, or passed to advertisers, and it isn't linked to anything else you do. Unsubscribe and it's deleted, not "suppressed".

No. Plenty of men on the list are fine and would like to stay that way. A few signed up for someone else — a brother, a mate, a lad at work — which is a perfectly good reason too.

No. Coaching looks forward and works on what's next; it sits alongside therapy and medication but doesn't replace them. If what you're carrying needs a therapist or your GP, we'll say so plainly.

One click at the bottom of any email. No survey, no "are you sure", no email asking you to reconsider.

It's an email address.
That's the whole commitment.

Twenty seconds now, and something useful in your inbox before you've finished your brew.
